Q: I registered for 2020. Now what?

We’ve made it super simple. Your registration has automatically moved to the new dates and you have some options.

 

  • Keep your registration for 2021 – Maintain your pricing, your spot, and gain VIP seating for 2021!
  • If you paid $249 and you keep your spot for 2021 – We’ll refund you $50 (honoring the Early Bird price of $199), you maintain your spot, and gain VIP seating for 2021!
  • Ask for a full refund – CLICK HERE to cancel your existing registration
    • Scroll to the bottom of the link and click “Already Registered” under the “Register Now” button. Then you can use your confirmation number and cancel your registration.
    • We’ll refund everything. (This is a manual process that should no longer than 14 days. We’ll be sending a physical check as reimbursement.)
  • If you booked into our Renaissance Hotel Room Block, your room will be auto-cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email directly from the hotel. However, once we have the link for our new 2021 Room Block, we’ll let you know. We definitely want you hanging at the hotel with us.
  • If you decide to keep your spot and later on, you need to cancel? No worries, here is the new refund schedule. What have you got to lose?
    • Full Refund by 09/30/21
    • 50% Refund between 10/01/21 – 11/15/21
    • Anything after 11/15/21 is non-refundable
Q: How much is TPI Rocks?

$149 for Advisors who attended TPI Rocks in 2019

$199 Early Bird Registration for all other advisors until 12/31/2020

$249 for Advisors – both Main and Associate beginning 01/01/2021

$199 for guests (guests cannot attend any general sessions, breakouts or the trade show – they CAN join us for opening and closing events)

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
  • Full Refund by 09/30/21
  • 50% Refund from 10/01/21 – 11/15/21
  • Anything after 11/15/21 is non-refundable
Q: Is there a room block at Renaissance Orlando?

Yes! $159 per night plus a $30 per night resort fee.  The room block isn’t open yet, but you’ll receive an email when it does.  Space is limited.

Q: Do I have to stay at Renaissance Orlando?

No, but we all have a ton of fun hanging out in our free time together. 

Q: Can my guest come even if they aren’t an advisor?

Yes! They can register as a guest and attend the opening and farewell parties ONLY.  If they don’t register as a guest they cannot attend any of our events.

MAG Awards Farewell Event – Appetizers

Q: Are there any theme parties I need to prep for?

You know us so well.  Step back 100 years into the 1920’s and come to the MAG Awards Farewell, on December 2nd, dressed in your best Great Gatsby attire.

Q: I am excited! Can I see an agenda?

We’re excited too! But, we don’t have the agenda yet.  We want to stay relevent to the changing times.  However, we will let you know when it’s ready (probably late summer 2021).

Q: How do I register for the breakout sessions?

They will open near the end of summer 2021. Keep an eye on your emails for the exact day.

Q: Is there a fee for parking?

We receive 50% off the price at the time of our event. At the moment, full price is $28. If you use Valet, it is full price at $38. There is no discount. These prices are subject to change.

Q: Will extras be added?

Yes! We’ll be adding pre and post events such as certification trainings and site and ship inspections. Stay tuned.
